Rates, Reservations & Rules

The lodge is ready for your special occasion. Please review our rates and policies below.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and PayPal. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. We will authorize the amount of your stay before your arrival and transfer the payment on the day of your departure.

RATES

Deposit

We are currently not requiring a deposit to hold your reservation. Please review our Cancellation Policy should your plans change.

Lodge Rental

Children are welcome but must be supervised. We have five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 13 guests. If you plan on more than this, you will need to bring additional bedding and towels. Remember, we only have two bathrooms!
Rental Rates

$230 for a single night

$440 for two nights
   ($220 p/night)

$630 for three nights
   ($210 per night)

$800 for four nights
   ($200 per night)

NOTE:

We add 6% Idaho sales tax and 2% Idaho lodging tax to these prices.

RV parking (no hookups)

Free with lodge rental (we have room for three RVs)

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 3 to 8 PM. Please notify us if you will arrive before or after these times.

Check-out time is before 11 AM on the last day.

KITCHEN

We have a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen available for your use. You can bring food from home or purchase food locally. Leftover food must be taken with you or thrown away.

NO-NO's

Smoking
Inside, our lodge is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted on the grounds. Butts must be placed in provided containers.

A $200 charge will be added to your bill if there is evidence of smoking inside the lodge.

Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted on the premises. Loud parties and noises are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion and forfeiture of the rental fee.

Pets
In consideration of our future guests we ask that you leave your pets home. Many of our guests are allergic to pet dander and we want our lodge to be comfortable for everyone.

Cleaning Fee
There will be a $50 butt removal charge added to your bill if we have to clean the yard.

Damage/Loss
We will be happy to bill your credit card for any property loss or damage incurred during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should your plans change, we require a notice of cancellation at least 48-hours before your scheduled stay. Cancellations less than 48-hours in advance will be charged one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged for one night's stay.
